Payments

Paypal is the preferred method of payment, alternatively by Cheque made out to Ultraseal Kent, clearance will be required prior to despatch of goods, Cash is okay but sent at your risk.

The products from Ultraseal Kent are for purchase by UK residents only ( we do not ship
overseas )

Items that are lost or stolen in transit will be replaced or refunded, but this can only be done strictly after the 15 days have elapsed from the purchase date that The Royal Mail insist on applying, prior to an item being considered lost.

As Ultraseal DIY packs only differ in the packaging and not in the product or its quantities per bottle ( unless otherwise stated) Ultraseal Kent reserves the right to send whatever pack is available according to its stock levels at the time of despatch.If this should prove unacceptable to you please do not purchase.

Returns Policy
If you feel that a product is faulty, please ensure that the problem does not lie elsewhere
Returned goods will not be accepted except by prior arrangement.

Product Warranties
Tyre pressure monitors have a one year manufacturers warranty from date of purchase .

Ultraseal is guaranteed to stop porosity leaks, air migration and punctures by puncturing objects up to 6mm in diameter within the tread area, for the legal lifetime of the tyre.

Warranty claims must be supported by evidence of purchase from Ultraseal Kent and the offending item must be made available for inspection by our engineers.

Balance/Contamination
To ensure that Ultraseal reacts correctly with the centrifugal forces created when driving
You must ensure that the tyres and wheels are in balance and must be free of internal contamination prior to the installation of Ultraseal .

Low Profile Tyres
Ultraseal Kent does not recommend installation of Ultraseal in low profile tyres of ( 45 ) or less the profile is usually written as the middle number in the set of three large numbers on the sidewall of the tyre example 215/45/16 as it may have an adverse effect by causing an imbalance and should this occur the responsibility would rest with you to rectify.
